PKCELL PK-8221 is a two-channel charger for 3.7 V cylindrical Li-Ion rechargeable batteries. It supports 1 or 2 cells with a diameter below 26 mm and a height of 34–70 mm, allowing use with many common cylindrical formats that fit within this range. Each slot is controlled independently. The manufacturer specifies constant-current/constant-voltage (CC/CV) charging, reverse-polarity and short-circuit protection and a 0 V cell alarm function. Dual-color LEDs show charging status: green at power-on and when fully charged, red while charging. Input: Micro USB 5 V / 2 A. Charging output: DC 4.2 V, 1000 mA × 2. The charger also provides a USB 5 V / 2 A output and can operate as an emergency power bank when a compatible Li-Ion cell is installed. Operating temperature: 0–35°C. Dimensions: 110 × 60 × 39 mm.
